Terms of Rental:

1. All CASH rentals may require up to a 24 hour notice in order to process the Rental Information Card.

2. To maintain constant insurance coverage, vehicles must be returned on or before the same time as picked up.  All rentals are in 24 hour periods.  Vehicles must be picked up and returned only during normal business hours.  After hours vehicle pick up and return is not permitted.

3. All drivers must be listed on the rental contract, be at least 21 years old, and agree to all terms and conditions as stated on the front and back of the rental contract.

4. The rental contract must be paid in full by cash, check, or   credit card at time of vehicle pick up, and is valid only when totally secured by funds.

5. A $ 35 - $ 70 clean up fee will be deducted from the deposit if a rental vehicle is returned unclean.

6. Rental vehicles are full of gas when rented and should be full of gas when returned, or the cost of refueling will be deducted from the deposit.

7. Rental vehicles may be reserved by pre-paying a minimum of one day’s rent, with the balance due at time of vehicle pick-up.  In cases of cancellation, with at least a 48 hour notice, the deposit will be refunded, less one day’s rent.  The renter will be given full credit for their pre-paid one day’s rent on a future rental.  Cancellations without a 48 hour notice will not receive a deposit refund or credit.
